Taller: la oficina ecológica
¿Se puede aumentar la productividad y reducir costes mediante cambios eco-eficientes, todo a la vez? ¿Cómo influye el micro-clima de la oficina en la plantilla?
El taller de eco-eficiencia y productividad trabajará estos temas para dar pautas fáciles de implementar ideas para cambios más profundos. Los participantes aprenderán a identificar problemas y oportunidades de su propio entorno laboral. Al final del taller sabrán qué técnicas son aptas para ser aplicados dentro de sus oficinas y cuál es la mejor forma de avanzar hacia una oficina más verde.

Como organizar un retiro para la innovación interna
Un retiro para la empresa es una oportunidad para re-conectar los trabajadores, para cuestionar lo establecido, para crear y para innovar. Lamentablemente, muchas veces acaban en conferencias tipo escuela, sin emociones, sin ideas.
Con un poco de fantasía y planificación puedes llegar a realizar un retiro que inspira.
Aquí algunas ideas:
- Tiene que ser lejos del lugar de trabajo, sin blackberries, sin interrupciones electrónicas.
- Debe ser intensivo. Siempre podrán relajar después.
- Prepara una pequeña carpeta para cada participante con un mini CV y una foto.
- Nunca! hagas estos jueguitos donde cada uno dice su nombre y su fruta preferida. La gente se concentra tanto en qué fruta decir que no se acuerda de los nombres.
- Una semana antes del retiro, pide a cada persona que prepare una pequeña presentación sobre un tema concreto. Por ejemplo: “En qué estás trabajando en este momento?” o “¿Qué es lo que más te distrae en el trabajo?” o “¿Qué nos puedes enseñar?”. Cada persona tiene 5 min. Máx.
- En el retiro, durante una hora, 11 personas hacen su presentación. Nunca más que una hora. Ahora las personas tienen una razón para hablar en los intervalos.
- Organiza mesas redondas con un máximo de 20 personas a la vez. Presenta una opinion controversa y deja la conversación fluir.
- Trabaja con problemas reales para resolverlos. Trabajar en pequeños grupos con problemas concretos puede dar resultados realmente impresionantes.
- Contrata (o encuentra) un/a moderador/a que tiene suficiente valor para interrumpir personas, parar personas, conectar personas y provocarlos de forma constructiva.
- Invita un experto en póker y después organiza un torneo.
- Sirva comida interesante y diferente. Vegano, vegetariano, lituano, australiano.
- Utiliza etiquetas con los nombres todo el tiempo. Escribe los nombres en GRANDE.
- Utiliza etiquetas con los nombres en las comidas para que la gente tenga que rotar. En cada mesa de 10 pon 12 personas. Deja unas mesas vacías para que la gente pueda cambiar de sitio cuando se aburren.
- No te preocupes por la productividad, sino por las actividades.
- Organiza una presentación online para que los participantes puedan intercambiar informaciones después del evento.
- Haz un montón de fotos y publicalos.
La meta? Nuevos amigos.
Lo que consigues? Una nueva, y mejor lista para las cosas pendientes.

During the months of June to September your group can come to our landhouse and learn everything about how to build with alternative building materials, such as straw, lime, bamboo and others.

Green school – a construction to change a community
About the proyect:
“Green School is an amazing project, pioneering sustainability within education. It is pushing boundaries in schooling at a time when the world must review whether more of the same is acceptable. Its curriculum combines the academic rigour expected of schools and institutions of higher learning with hands-on experiential learning within a Green Studies curriculum and a Creative Arts curriculum. This means that by holding onto the essential core subjects of English, Mathematics and Science, Green School students will have doors open to them for whichever kinds of further learning and careers that they choose.”

Kjellgren Kaminsky has produced Swedens first series of passive houses sold as type houses in collaboration with Emrahus, our goal is to make this environmentally friendly building technique available for all. Villa Nyberg is the first one to get built. The villa has been customized for the Nyberg family and is situated in Borlänge, central Sweden.

Graffiti Art by D.O.C.S. Takes Inspiration from Nature
Careful trompe l’oeil is hardly an artist’s technique you expect a tagger to employ in his graffiti work. But these often, miscalculated and misunderstood artists have a lot to teach the world about style and artful urban transformation with a message. D.O.C.S (Doing Only Crooked Shit) is the graffiti-writing duo of Ausias Pérez and Felipe Perdomo, who recently created a piece called “Here Lies Street-Art” located on the banks of the River Ebro in Zaragoza, Spain. A surprisingly lush piece applied with a 2D medium, these artists are sowing the seeds for the revival of street art in Spain.
